More detailed description for the debug flow: 1. Matlab 2015a => After re-install the USRP windows driver ( from http://files.ettus.com/binaries/uhd/latest_release ), Matlab can continue process "Hardware Support Package" download but get some JAVA certification issues in setup flow. Google the issue root causes and decided to change Matlab version from 2015a to 2017b 2. Matlab 2017b => It can download USRP "Hardware Support Package" and install all of them smoothly.
