Michael,

I am emailing you directly because I found an archive email from 2014 in which
you helped someone with the stopping of their X310. In the email chain you
eventually figured out that the user was trying the “kill the flowgraph” button
and it was causing the X310 to get into an undesirable state. Instead you
suggested to exit out of the application completely, which allowed for a “clean
break”

I am currently having a very similar issue. I have python code which uses the
GRC modules to task the USRP, but when I want to kill the process and exit, the
USRP very often hangs in a state with the Link light red and Rx2 light green.
The ONLY way to get the X310 back into a usable state is to power cycle it,
which is undesirable. I would very much appreciate it if I knew what command
to send the X310 for a “clean break”. Is it what essentially is being sent
when you exit out of the application in GRC?

Thank you

Mark
