I'm using 2xN210s with WBX boards in them, and a MIMO cable to
connect/sync them. Sampling rate is 2Msps. Flow GRC and image attached.

What gain values are you using on each end?
I hope that you have significant attenuation in the cable that you're
using to connect the TX to RX.
