There were several tries on support Flink 1.18 but not successfully.

Flink community decided to deprecate all Scala APIs in Flink 1.18 and remove 
them in Flink 2.0, the latest try [1] passes the compile but fails on invoking 
the deprecated Scala API in runtime, you can find more details in the GitHub PR 
link.

BTW, which kind of Flink APIs you are using? Java, Scala, or Python? IMO the 
support of Flink Scala API in Zeppelin might be removed eventually.
