FTR I don’t think it’s a good idea to change existing terminology at this point 
(in XWiki 8.4.x). It’s a huge amount of work to be consistent across the board, 
including changing a huge number of documentation pages on xwiki.org.

By terminology I mean for example Administration -> Settings, etc.

I’m in favor of doing some reorganization of items but without changing 
terminology FTM.
