It's customary and polite to tell people what OS and JVM you're using.

Since this appears to be some flavor of Windows, you probably still have the 
Tomcat service pointing to the old installation directory.  You need to remove 
the service and reinstall it.  Use the service.bat script in Tomcat's bin 
directory to do so.  Note that the scripts are only included in the .zip 
download, so if you used one of the .exe ones, just get the .zip and extract 
the script.
