In my case, vi. Much of my UNIX admin involves ssh into headless production machines in datacentres with stock OS builds. Frequently, asking the client to install even xterm and the appropriate libraries is met with outright refusal, let alone an editor that's not in the stock build. One of these decades I'll learn Emacs.
