Whatever you do, don't try to re-use your server.xml from 4.1. Start
over with the one that ships with TC 6 and add capability as you go.
Also, remember:

1. <Context> elements don't go into server.xml anymore
   http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-6.0-doc/config/context.html

2. Logging is completely different
   http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-6.0-doc/logging.html
