Did you set your JAVA_HOME environment variable correctly ??

I think you have not understood what I'm saying, we are facing
one problem. We have uninstall the JVM and install it again in our
production tomcat server, but the tomcat services it not working
although it is set to automatic. Please find attached the error.
From the event logs we find that the service fails with the
error "Could not load Java Virtual Machine"
