1.) Download the latest version from the Tomcat site.  Extract it to somewhere 
on your HD.
2.) In Eclipse, look for the Servers panel.  If you don't see it, go to Window 
-> Show Views -> Servers.
3.) Right click in the Servers panel, select New -> Server.
4.) For the type, select Apache -> Tomcat v7.0 Server.  Click Next.
5.) Click the Browse button.  Navigate to where you extracted the files from 
step #1.
6.) Click Finish.
