Thanks Robert. It is fair enough given the messy load of file that used to be in the /bin directyory. What is less sensible is that this is not documented anywhere. When I found *nothing* on google, I assumed it was something funny about my machine or that I had missed something major. I looked at the change notes and so on and found nothing. Anyone with an IDE (I used Intellij) is going to come up against this as they start using 5.5. I suggest a *lot* of time for a *lot* of people would be saved if the readme mentioned this change.

My solution has been to copy the balance of the files in from the zip, which I downloaded.
