so I tried to construct solution in way, you mentioned.
Here is my solution.
Event.observe(autoCompleterTextFieldElementIdPasteHere, 'focus',
function(event) {
$T(autoCompleterTextFieldElementIdPasteHere).autocompleter.activate();
});
This is working as I want .. So THX very much !!!
