Hi All, I have to say I am with Chris on this one, Tapestry is in release now and changing the default .js library is a radical change from the end users point of view. It does not need to be fixed and the time it would take can be better spent elsewhere, which brings me to Geoff's comments (+1 for better / more Advanced high level components), not that I am not against jQuery support, but the idea of less plumbing out of the box appeals more to me more right now, and is more valuable that yet another alternative to doing much of the same. Lastly, if jQuery is introduced this should definitely be done in a pluggable way.
