Actually I have a different perspective, arguably much less mature but
certainly more practical. Before I knew who this stain was I wrote a
message that quite directly confronted and disarmed him, and then I
realized that he is simply impervious. Really, he is. Every week or so a
new one will pop up, usually ruffling some feathers, generating some
'enlightened' responses, and then leading to a few 'ignore the troll'
messages. They don't work. So I say we take a stand in the name of
good'ole immaturity and simply insult this guy with the most asinine
comments we can muster. Not insults generated by your being angry at
what he said, but simply for the sake of smearing him. This isn't my
normal character but I found it fun, and it couldn't possibly be any
less effective than anything else that's been tried. Who knows, maybe
we'll come up with a few gems that find themselves on http://bash.org/.

So on that note I'm going to grab a beer, write some code, and drink to
this poor bastard!
