It's an interesting intersection of email security, malware scanning and
antispam that I work with continuously.
Are you doing any AV scanning on your email?
Such as clamav before you run SA?
Or if you are using an engine that can do it, you can look at doing zip
parsing, blocking executables and dangerous payloads.
