That looks correct. Check the log to see if a test message is actually processed by SA; it should be logged. The Message-ID is usually the best way to find a specific message, although that doesn't work if the message didn't have one. You might also add an "add a neutral header" procmail recipe above that, to see if procmail is even being called for that user (in some configurations it's not called directly by your MTA). If not, you'll have to inspect various accounts to see what's different. You may also have to spend some time reading the procmail, procmailrc, and procmailex man pages to confirm how it's behaving on your specific system; I don't *think* procmail has been prone to different behaviours on different distros but I've been bitten by that problem in other surprising places. -kgd
