I kind of "like" the writing "By clicking a link in this newsletter, you agree to the techproductupdate.com privacy policy" and then go to read their privacy policy "We collect personally identifiable information when you provide it to us ..." "In General, we may collect and store any personally identifiable information you provide to us. Personally identifiable information is data that identifies you, or that can be combined with other information to identify or contact you, and includes (but is not limited to) your name, business or personal physical or email address, and telephone number." and by clicking that link - including a unsubscribe link - you allow them to collect indentifiable information. Which they then can sell on. It doesn't say the unsubscribe link is excempt from harvesting information. Maybe (hopefully) they're not that evil. /M
