to make it clearer:

no, but *i know* for sure that *any* of that blacklists is not trustable enough to block incoming mail based one one list alone hence any sensible spamfilter is using scoring

* Spamhaus SBL -> blocking repeatly GMX/Web.de completly
* Barracuda RBL -> blocking for months the Linux foundation newsletter
  what i see only in the report headers

using a single source for blocking mail is wrong until someone only has it's own private server only with his own mailflow to maintain

disclaimer: yes, SA is blocking mail in context of a milter
