I am unable to get spamassassin to recognise headers in any email message that I pass to it from the command line. I have tried the -t and the -D switches and the result is the same. This happens whether or not the original message had a missing header message added by SA and whether or not I cut out the SA headers from the messages that I pass to it on the command line.
