Both in part. Do you have the BodyEval plugin disabled?
No, it's enabled.
Interesting. That subrule is in an ifplugin for that plugin, so if
you have that plugin enabled that subrule should be defined.
What version of SA are you running?

I think (not actually checking SVN history) that the capability that the
__KAM_BODY_LENGTH rules use was added after 3.3.1
The next update (it takes a couple of days for changes to go out) will fix
this.
