Maybe you haven't given it a second thought?.. maybe because there are lists like:
http://www.uribl.com/datasets.shtml "black_ns.txt" "black_a.txt" as well as SBL queries for A rec IPs, not just NS IPs There's a bunch of private BLs which also list such records.
