I've added a custom rulesets a long time ago - META rules. And I've modified rules scores. Anyway - it is able to run spamass on a another CPUs ? In the gkrellm I see that one CPU is on 100% load and another 7 CPU has a minimal load...
each SA instance should run on different CPU. You can even enable hyperthreading in this case, it may help much.
