forwarding is not forbidden, however it may widly broken
since spf etc

if your logs are right , inform i.e postmaster/abuse mobile.de
and people at http://www.dnswl.org/

http://www.chaosreigns.com/dnswl/sa_plugin/ looks like a good way to
automate this

by the way ,it looks like some newsletter, so your understanding of "spam"
might not be shared public, so you should have evidence of definite
spam content ( like viagra marketing etc ) delivered through mobile.de

if you use tag score upper 5 , 5.8 score is near point where false
positive may happen ever
