a meanwhile workaround might be ,low down dnswl score
fit in other content based rules catching the content you define spam,
and/or high score for exist rules which allready matched ( in this case
dcc may fine ), but as i wrote before it may not easy cause the diff
between your defined tag level and the modified score level may stay small
