Exactly. For example: If the current average score for a sender is 2 and a new message comes in that gets a score of 8, AWL may give it a -2 or -3 to bring the score back toward the average. Then this new message is added in, so the average may then go up to 3 for next time. (Note that all of these numbers and ratios are completely made up for purposes of a basic example. I'm too lazy to look up the percentages and such.) The quick cure for this is to remove that sender from the AWL database and let it start over. -- Bowie
