you must test the rbl by hand, using the FIRST SERVER IN
/ETC/RESOLV.CONF.. THE FIRST SERVER ONLY.
YOU TESTED IT USING THE AUTHORITATIVE DNS.. YOU MIGHT BE BLOCKED FROM
TESTING IT.. YOUR DNS SERVERS MIGHT BE BORKED.
