with clamav, you can set up a whitelist.
do a 'clamconf' and see if you have these enabled:
PhishingSignatures = "yes"
PhishingScanURLs = "yes"
PhishingAlwaysBlockCloak = "yes"
PhishingAlwaysBlockSSLMismatch = "yes"
