As has been pointed out before, the rule you are complaining about is not part of a standard SA install. Your emails score a grand total of 0 points here (not counting the whitelists that hit because of the list server). Also, the rule that hits on hinet, only scores 1.6 points. That means that on a normal system (where they have not lowered the required score to a ridiculous level), you would need to score another 3.4 points from other rules in order to be marked as spam.
