In addition to what's already been mentioned, CC also provides a nice template that people can drop their message into and click "Send". This is very appealing to the local bagel shop or restaurant that wants to advertise their specials to their favorite customers without even having an Internet connection of their own. I don't doubt that if you solicited to these types of businesses with your mailman product and the ability to add their logo to the top of an HTML email, they'd choose your service just the same.
