Okay, then it is intended this way. I haven't set up the system, in fact, I 
believe this is the default manufacturer configuration. Whatever they thought 
this is useful, I don't touch it. Also I think that it isn't really affiliated 
with the problem I face with.

Good question; I'll check it out.

However the problem persists: all_spam_to seems not to work reliably. Anyway, I 
see that I have to get a mistakenly spam-tagged mail's full header to check out 
this further.

Wait a moment... considering the mail flow "Message send from our server --> O2 
mailbox --> Phone" - may I need to add the O2 e-mail address to all_spam_to 
address list ?

Since it seems that the server also checks outgoing mails, and the "to:" is the 
O2 mailbox address, this seems to be an adequate solution. But I'm unsure if 
this will work.
