Sloppy language is sloppy language everywhere! I took offense in the message, too and I am neither American nor am I from the UK. But what annoys me the most is that the comments were simply off-topic. I can go and meet some friends and I can happily spend the whole night cracking one joke after another - pc or not pc. There's a place of everything. This is the place for SpamAssassin.
