No, don't send the log. Especially, don't send a *screenshot* of the log.
Upload a copy of your test message (in text, with all headers intact) to
someplace like pastebin. To do this you may need to alter your MTA/SA
configuration to capture and save the message to a quarantine mailbox
rather than rejecting it.
