Hi,
I've been running SA for about a month, everything is running great until:
I have configured our domain mail to forward messages to a gmail account.
I did a test sending an email from my gmail account to my domain mail; I
receive the message sent from my gmail account, but immediately this message
has to be sent to gmail.
Here's when the problem surfaces as I receive this message:

*******************************************************************************

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
t...@gmail.com
(reason: 550 5.7.1 Blocked by SpamAssassin)
   (expanded from: <b...@mydomain.com>)

So what is blocking the mail? SpamAssassin isn't. Your logs SAY "Blocked by Spamassassin", but SpamAssassin doesn't have the capability to block messages.

Checking the maillog, I can see why SA is blocking this message as it is
being considered as a spam with a score of 103.5/4.5. I don't know how SA
gets this score.

As above, something else is blocking the message.

And without the original header and body of the message, no one knows why SA scored it 103.5.
