just fyi, I left spamassassin.kluge.net up for over a month after removing it from the MIRRORED.BY file, and forced a new update to deal with https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6083. I figured that anyone using sa-update would run it at least once a month, and then get the new MIRRORED.BY file.
Fixing 6083 will stop this from happening again in the future. I'm interested in working on it, but haven't had time to set aside to do so yet.
