By FP, do you mean a mail being flagged as spam (total result)? As
opposed to per-rule FPs.

score, that were spam, and tagged by EMAILBL.
Total non spam messages tagged with EMAILBL = Messages not achieving a
spam score, that were spam, and tagged by EMAILBL.
FP seen = Messages not achieving a spam score, that were not spam, and
tagged by EMAILBL.
