Unfortunately those headers does not include the actual rules that hit. Without knowing this, we can only give you educated guesses.

Please include the lists of hits for the message. It should be possible to get your software to either put this in a log or include the hits or report in the mail (as headers or a MIME part).

This *really* sounds like a high scoring AWL entry. Are you sure that you have removed the relevant entries from the AWL for the right user?

What seems to be the problem? This is so weird!

The problem *seems* to be that the AWL containes very high score for that address+relay combo.

The fact that the last score is so much lower than the previous score, while still beeing very high, could be an indication of this.

Of course, since we don't know what rules actually hit the message, this is just a guess.
