Passed the email (one email at a time) to SA. Gets initial scores. Then, splits it up into recipients, and might add/subtract, whitelist, blacklist or quarantine. Quarantining can be done to sql or filesystem. Then, nightly, just scan (sql or filesystem) and send user a report.
