if it's a big ISP, they simply won't care.

Most phishes I see here come via orange.fr. Last time I contacted them
(after a backscatter storm), I got a mail telling me how to install
Norton AV. sigh. well, now at least they don't scatter (apparently, they
discard if mail is undeliverable, as I've seen some orange customers
complain about lost mail! sigh^2).

oh no. if "they" hear you, we'll have as much snail mail spam and phone
spam! BTW I do get a lot more phone spam now.
