Before tweaking SA, tweak your MTA.  You should be able to reduce the
amount of messages (and thus, spam) being processed by SA with some
simple MTA-native checks.  The MX for highstreet.net is a Postfix
machine, so you can start by exploring the built-in UCE controls:

I would also suggest (though I am sure others will disagree) rejecting
at the MTA level based on ZEN: http://www.spamhaus.org/ZEN/.
