Well, in the field wich begins with "score" you can simply
insert the test and the new score:

as and example: RCVD_IN_SORBS_HTTP 2.0

Actually, the headers say that mail has been scanned by SA
(see those X-Spam-XXXX headers) but not marked as spam ...
IIRC cPanel 10.X put a report regardless is spam or not,
but has changed in cPanel 11.X... You should modify exim config
to write spam report headers, but you must have root access to
do this. Try asking your provider...

in that case no filter would match as mail has been
"marked clean" ... your filters:

$h_X-Spam-Bar: contains "++"                        Discard
$h_X-Spam-Status: begins "yes"                   Discard
$header_subject: contains "***SPAM***"         Discard

are ok.

Definitively ask your provider if they could write X-Spam
headers for ALL mail, maybe just for a week or two to make
tests ...
