Hi, are you sure SA is enabled in cPanel?

2.00 seems VERY LOW, on stock cPanel configuration we
had issues with false positives even with required_score 8.0.
Again check if SA is enabled.

these are the tests SA does with their default values:

you should check your email headers to know which tests
are performed on spam mail SA doesn't recognize and increment
them accordingly.
Again, headers should contain SA info *if* SA is enabled in
cPanel.
