I am coming to appreciate the mindset of the person that was trying to help... it was interesting to see someone tell someone else to break something to see if it might give insight and help them to find a way to fix it. I have a few unresolved email systems administration issues on one machine for the last year or so that I am still hunting down that I have never asked anyone about for help with.... Those are the ones that I fear would get me hit with the ESR clue stick or worse. I cannot remember much of anything anymore, yet it seems most SA stuff I look for is documentation, instruction, or SA practical use clarification related. I am certainly willing to be corrected... it helps me more than you know. - rh
