Ever since changing from my Earthlink account to my Embarq account scam fwds
to the above bounce:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: host mail-gw.usss.treas.gov[10.119.253.67] said: 550
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Recipient address rejected: Blocked (in reply to
    RCPT TO command)

One reason that the Embarq QA guy told me was:

That is something else that we are looking into. We had quite a bit of trouble
when we started using the 71.x IP pools because they had not been used
publicly prior to about a year ago or so and there are still quite a number
of people that are not aware that the pools are now being used publicly. That
may be part of the problem with the blacklisting. We will absolutely get it
fixed and I am in a meeting almost daily regarding where we stand with
getting the issues resolved.

This was when every msg I sent out was being tagged by Synacor as [Possible
Spam]. He then asked if I was using Embarq's webmail or my mailer, I replied
my mailer, his reply was:

I have had this escalated to Synacor and am awaiting a reply from them. They
will be contacting the admin for that server. I have never had to escalate
something being blocked by the US Government before and I truly have no idea
how long it takes to get a block removed. In most cases getting a block
removed only takes a few days but I am unsure of the processes and
information required by the Treasury Department in order for them to clear
this.

Any good suggestions I can pass along to this guy or the synacor postmaster
regarding how to fix this?
