I've got an experimental caching SAV plugin (wich tries to mitigate the general obnoxiousness of SAV a tinty bit) for SA at http://whatever.frukt.org.
I'm not recommending using SAV to anyone though. Even if you do not agree about the problems with SAV (scalability, involountary DDoS participation, etc), your system might end up in blacklists if you use SAV.
