Kill level of 2?  He apparently doesn't want to communicate with
anyone. 

But you can lower your score easily, just by adding a "real name" to
your e-mail address. Instead of 
> From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

do:
> From: "Tech support" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Then your message will only score 1.5, and it will be below the fellow's
ridiculously low scoring threshold.
