It all depends on the shared hosting. SA never, ever deletes mail, it only assigns scores to it. Talk to the hosting provider, ask if they can enable either of the linked plug-ins. IIRC, the relayclient one adds headers to say where the mail went through, so you can then use header rules in procmail or your mail client to handle that.
