I don't know if sa-learn can read cyrus mailboxes; I suspect it can't.
So it's up to you to get the mail out of the mailboxes and into a
format sa-learn can read.

Messages are just plain test files in Cyrus mailboxes, so sa-learn can read them as long as it has the right permissions to do so.
