I'm using SA 3.1 .7
i've [EMAIL PROTECTED] in whitelist.I really couldn't notice anything strange
on the server when this problem is reported.

It might help to provide some details... What version of SA you are
running, a example of when it is working, and when it isn't, and your
whitelist entry, etc.
