Actually checking more closely, this domain is not on any SURBL blacklists. If you got this result recently, then you may be suffering from the DNS bug: http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=3997 If you're using a SpamAssassin version before 3.1, you should upgrade to 3.1+ since it's fixed in these versions. Or are you using a DNS proxy? What happens if you: dig hpolsurveys.com.multi.surbl.org or ping it?
