Nothing jumps out at me as far as "gotchas" upgrading from 3.1.3 to 3.1.7. Since they're both in the same branch 3.1.x. Course it all depends on what OS you're using too. But lotta bug fixings happened between 3.1.3 and 3.1.7. 8*)
